If I had to go through an airport and get a full body search I would not care that much. I would feel alot safe and the extra time to get on an airplane would not matter to me because my safety would be my main priority.
Terrorism has changed Americans in fear and racism. Everyone is afraid to fly on an airplane and if you see a muslim you automatically believe they are a terrorist. The stereotypes of middle easterns has changed to the point that it is uncomfortable for them to live here. Me myself is afraid to fly just in general and now with terrorism being a reality it makes me want to fly a lot less than I would normally do.
